Our College library stimulates the students to obtain, evaluate and recognize knowledge and to familiarize themselves with the trends of knowledge for further education and learning new disciplines. The library of the college has an unbiased and non-prejudiced mindset being at the receiving end to satisfy the needs of the users. We are friendly and willing to help users who have problems locating what they need in the library. Library treats users with respect to make them feel important. In facts it has obsessive desire to provide quality service to their users. The library at present provides services mostly through a manual system. However, keeping in mind the present day requirements, we have started the process of automating the services. An INTERNET facility is available to the users. Library software KOHA has already been introduced. An E-learning room is established separately within the library for the student as well as staff for accessing of web resources. The whole Library is under the surveillance of CCTV. We are progressing towards fuller automation, but not definitely without human touch. The support provided by the Library to the students and teachers of the college is in the form of:
1. Open access reading room for students
2. A separate study table for teachers
3. Timely issue/return of books
4. Support in e-learning, computer operation
5. Helping readers to trace the books
6. Maintaining peaceful and academic environment in the library
7. Support in navigating e–resources
